Hi, I’m Tom: Your friendly Portland neighborhood website designer

 

I have a very atypical personality creatively and professionally, in that I’m good at problem solving and artistic right brain stuff. I was an army brat and raised all over the country and in some foreign ones. The only constant in my life was my family and my creative outlet, my art.

 

After attending the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and working in the computer industry; I started creating websites, which turned out to be a perfect fit. But at the time it was more of a part time gig as I pursued a full time paycheck within the computer industry and from without.

 

Like a lot of people, a few years back I was laid off, and sent to fend for myself with only a match and a Twinkie and I ate the Twinkie in short order. So I used the match to start a fire under my butt and decided to pursue my part time passion as a full time business.
